wimlib-imagex apply - Failed to set reparse data

Hi there,
I'm encountering below error when trying to perform "wimlib-imagex apply" a wim file to NTFS volume "/dev/nvme0n1p3" on a linux environment.
[Error] Failed to set reparse data on "/Windows/ServiceProfiles/LocalService/AppData/Local/Intel/ipfsrv/ipfsrv.dptf": Invalid argument
Anyone have any clue what is this ipfsrv.dptf and wimlib failed at this point?
