Hi Guys, I think you are expert of compression methods. I created a backup using Lenovo One Key Recovery 8 on my first Laptop. The backup is composed by one .wsi file, file .dsi files and many files without format. I tried to restore the backup using a new Lenovo Laptop since the previous was broken and Lenovo substituted it with a new one. However, the software reads the MAC address of the original Laptop and I can't restore my backup.. losing in this way all my data. Could wimlib help me to restore my data? do you know any system to fix Lenovo's software bug?

If the backup isn't stored in the WIM format then wimlib cannot help. Please get help from the vendor of the software instead.

I have already contacted Lenovo Customers service, but they said that I lost all my data since I changed Laptop, Mac address is different. I hoped someone could help me...
