Blue Screen Error

I captured a Windows 10 1809.wim and then applied it in compact form but a BLUE SCREEN ERROR saying "Bad System Config Info". I tried fixing the bootloader with bcdboot.exe but still does not work. I have tried all most recent versions of wimlib-imagex just to be sure. I have used these commands.
