Getting This Error Code "Event ID 1000 Error"

I am experiencing a serious issue that I cant solve it anymore after a lot of effort. Actually I recently installed Wimlib on Windows 10. But since yesterday night I was getting this error message "Event ID 1000 Error." I don't know the error is having due to install this file. But after searching online I found this article. They suggested to run DISM and SFC scan. Not only this article, but most of the articles also recommended the same. I am quite confused if this method will work perfectly or not. If anyone suggests, it would be helpful. Any help would be highly appreciated.
